The Leisure Box to reopen its doors

Following the recent government announcement, we are pleased to announce the Leisure Box will reopen its doors again on Thursday 3rd December.

In line with government restrictions, placing Lancashire in tier 3, we are delighted to reopen our outdoor 4G pitch, indoor pitch, sports hall, cricket lanes, gym and dance studio.

More information, including regulations around who can use the areas in line with tier 3 restrictions can be found below.

Playing surfaces

Our indoor & outdoor pitches, sports hall and cricket lanes are open for junior grassroots clubs.

Dance studio

The dance studio is open for children only, therefore our Mini-Dance sessions will restart again next Thursday 3rd December, and will run as normal at 9:30am on Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays. Sessions must be pre-booked online and bookings will go live from Monday at 5pm.

Please note, all dancers must use the lower Leisure Box entrance (by soft-play).

The gym

The gym will reopen Monday to Friday, 7am-12pm and then 4-9pm. Weekend hours are 8am-12pm.

Please note, any gym session after 4pm must be booked online. Bookings are not required for weekday morning and weekend gym sessions.

If you are attending the gym on a weekday morning or at the weekend, please use the lower gym entrance on Northlight Parade, this can be accessed via Hollin Bank. There is ample parking for gym members on Hollin Bank.

All customers using the lower entrance at these times will be required to check in with the member of gym staff upon arrival.

Safety and procedures

We ask all customers to please follow COVID-19 guidelines when at the Leisure Box, please follow signage, sanitise regularly and adhere to staff direction, as the safety of our customers and staff is paramount.

Following the latest Government announcement, the Leisure Box will close all areas at 10pm on Wednesday 4th November and will reopen as soon as restrictions allow us to do so.

Customers with bookings affected by this change will be contacted by Leisure Box staff, please bear with us as we work through this process.

iPRO Gym memberships and payments will be suspended from 2nd November to 1st December. This date is as per current Government information and we will review this should the lockdown be extended.
