payment terms and conditions
1. General
These Payment Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings, memberships, services, and purchases made at Leisure Box, Brierfield.
By making a booking or purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Payment Methods
Leisure Box accepts the following payment methods:
- Cash Payments: Accepted on-site at the time of booking or purchase.
- Card Payments: All major debit and credit cards are accepted for in-person and online transactions. Contactless payments and mobile wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay) may also be accepted.
3. Payment Terms
The following terms apply to various services offered:
- Pay-as-you-go Payments: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
- Birthday Party Bookings: A deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to the event.
- Monthly Gym Membership: Membership fees are payable monthly in advance by cash or card. Access will be restricted if payment is not received by the due date.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
- Cancellations: Bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund or reschedule.
- Refunds: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method. Cash refunds can only be issued on-site.
- Non-refundable Items: Some offers, promotional bookings, and deposits may be non-refundable. These will be clearly stated at the time of the booking.
5. Payment Security
All card payments are securely processed in accordance with PCI DSS standards. Leisure Box does not store card details.
6. Changes to Terms
Leisure Box reserves the right to update these payment terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be published on our website and made available at reception.
